Full standard residential home inspection following InterNACHI standards of practice with digital compiled report and photographs delivered via email. Same day reporting in most cases. Pricing based on square footage. Under 1500 SQFT the inspection fee is $395, 1500-2500 SQFT is $425. Call for additional questions and special pricing.
A limited inspection of a multifamily property from 2 to 6 interior units. Multi-dwellings below five units are considered residential, not commercial, but will receive a similar inspection at a lower fee. 4-unit structures are $895. Interior units up to 6 for multi-family structures are $995. Report delivery within 48 hours. Call for questions and details.
Camera scope of one plumbing clean out to evaluate the condition of limited sections of drain piping if accessible. More clean outs can be scoped at additional cost. Report with photos and video included.

Cody McCandless, An “InterNACHI” certified, Alabama licensed property inspector, has been providing inspection services for the greater Birmingham area and most of Central Alabama for 8+ years. These services include residential inspections, ancillary testing, single system inspections, Drain pipe scoping, Bank draws and more. Cody has inspected everything from single family homes to Multi-family structures, as well as commercial and agricultural properties.
Although Cody has worked closely with licensed realtors on regular real estate transactions, he has also been able to develop a strong relationship with, and inspect for Real Estate Investors across the country and internationally. It has also been his focus to help educate buyers and Investors on building science/property inspections and has sponsored educational events as well as co-founded networks on the subjects.
